Abstract:
A multilateral analysis of digital transformation processes, based on an interdisciplinary approach and methods of retrospective and comparative analysis, as well as a synthesis of the use of end-to-end digital technologies with their impact on the economy and society. This made it possible to identify new institutions for development and changes in the content of classical economic categories, which include a cost, an entrepreneurship and economic institutions. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the transition to a human-machine socio-economic system, which based on institutional transformation; it is a consequence of the digital transformation of the economy and society. The emergence of new institutions - intellectual property, financial, car sharing, virtual entrepreneurship, digital and institutional ecosystems and trust, took place in connection with the introduction of digital technologies, which began to form technological institutions, among which artificial intelligence plays a leading role. End-to-end digital technologies, which also include Big Data and Blockchain; they impact on financial institutions. The emergence of new professions in the banking sector also leads to the formation of new development institutions. Innovative digital technologies and data mining make it possible to understand the behavior of consumers, who in the virtual environment of the Internet also form new informal institutions. As a result, an institutional ecosystem created that regulates relations in the field of digital innovation and includes economic and technological institutions. The article substantiates the institution-forming role of autonomous digital technologies, which are the elements and basis of the human-machine socio-economic system. In further research, it is necessary to identify factors of interaction between social, economic and technological development institutions, and build a model, including options for the influence of the artificial intelligence institution.
