The article is devoted to the analysis of the "bottleneck" of the macroeconomic toolkit – a high degree of aggregation and static Input–output tables. The possibility of developing a model that provides details of the Input-Output table row to information about the natural cost indicators of technological chains with their own performance indicators, resource flows, integration of the technological process unit, the calculated cost core and a qualitative indicator of the evaluation of the technological method – the resource‑flow method. The description of the technology passport is carried out according to the proposed template. The developed model is integrated into a higher–level graph model of the prototechnological space, the Graph of Potentials. Methodologically, the work is based on Input–output tables, the System of National Accounts, management accounting, graph model theory, economic modeling, and the Rosstandart Handbook of Best Technologies. The problem is solved by detailing resource flows into R1-R4 (R1 – main raw materials, R2 – additional materials, R3 – main products, R4 – waste / source of growth). Aggregated indicators of technological processes are superimposed on the classified resource flows, the core of estimated costs is formed, taking into account market prices and the productivity of the technological chain, value added (DS) is calculated, and logarithmed into a qualitative "performance indicator DS – LPDS. Certification of technologies is carried out by factory personnel according to templates and does not require high costs for enterprises. It is important that the very fact of registration of the technology passport will a) provide the initial level of digitalization b) form the proto–technological space of the top-level graph model - the Graph of Potential. The implementation of this feature will make it possible to model and generate rational variants of technological chains at the level of the "Idea, sketch" stage. The threshold of mass digitalization of SMEs is opening up, while at the same time it opens up the possibility of adjusting the calculated coefficients of the macroeconomic toolkit relative to the meso-level data. Areas of future research: a) development and scaling of technology certification templates, b) development of algorithms for introducing AI into production – a graph model of the proto–technological space, c) implementation of tasks for information technology services in the production sector.
