Yaroslavl, Yaroslavl, Russian Federation
This section provides an overview of the materials presented in issue 12 (132) of our journal. This issue concludes a 15-year journey of communication with readers of our online publication: its first issue was published on the morning of January 1, 2011. The journal immediately announced the concept of theoretical economics as a new paradigmatic mainstream in socioeconomic research. And over the course of a decade and a half, communicating with readers, the editorial board and authors, according to the editor-in-chief, have persistently and consistently developed and advanced this concept. In the editor’s opinion, the publications in this issue offer ideas for the further development of this concept. In other words, they continue the work we have been carrying out on the pages of our online publication for the past decade and a half. This section illustrates this development using each work presented in this issue as an example. The editor notes that this development is evident, albeit to varying degrees, in both contributions by authors already familiar to readers and by new authors. The content of this issue traditionally focuses on, first, current issues of theoretical economics, explored by Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Doctor of Economics, Professor G.A. Rodina. Second, it examines the theoretical aspects of the new industrialization, explored in the works of E.K. Vinogradova from Moscow and her co-authors from Tver and St. Petersburg, A.V. Tebekin and A.V. Khoreva from Moscow, and A.M. Balashov from Novosibirsk. Third, it addresses contemporary issues of the global economy, explored in articles by A.O. Volodina and others from Moscow, G.A. Kondrashov also from Moscow, and I.A. Karachev from Yaroslavl. Fourth, it highlights the work of young researchers, exemplified by the work of Z.K. Omarova and M.D. Shulikova from Moscow. The methodology of this editorial study is naturally based on our proposed concept of theoretical economics. The scientific novelty of the work lies in identifying the contribution of the articles published in this issue to the development of this concept.
