Theoretical economics: developing our concept
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
This section provides an overview of the materials presented in the 8th (128th) issue of our journal. According to the editor, the publications in this issue offer materials on the development of the concept of theoretical economy that we have put forward. That is, they continue the work that we have been doing on the pages of our online publication for a decade and a half. This section shows what this development consists of using the example of each work presented in this issue. The editor notes that it manifests itself, although to varying degrees, in both the speeches of well-known readers and new authors. The main attention in the content of the proposed issue is traditionally paid, firstly, to the current problems of theoretical economy. For this purpose, an editorial annotation is given to the article by S.E. Elkin, I.M. Reutova and O.S. Elkina from the North-West Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (St. Petersburg) on the theoretical aspects of the problem of redistribution of benefits from trade based on the use of progressive taxation and the work of N.S. Askerov, Head of the Department of Political Economy of the Faculty of Economics of the Dagestan State University (Makhachkala, Russian Federation) on ethnoeconomics as a factor in sustainable development of regions. Secondly, attention is drawn to the theoretical and economic aspects of the study of new industrialization in three articles of the corresponding section. Thirdly, attention is paid to modern problems of the world economy, which are studied in the work of Zetkina and others. And, of course, fourthly, special attention is paid to the work of young scientists, a description of four of their works is given. The methodology of this editorial study is based, naturally, on the concept of theoretical economy put forward by us. The scientific novelty of the work lies in identifying the contribution of the articles published in this issue to the development of this concept.
