In modern conditions the paradigm of economic functioning based on the improvement of the business space by expanding the scope of information and knowledge. This determines the relevance and purpose of the study, related to the formation of developments of theoretical, methodological and applied provisions, shaping the development directions of the functional and sectoral economic system. According to the author, formation of a unified information and electronic field determined by the trends of digital transformation covering not only traditional fields of activity, but also contributing to the improvement of the digital infrastructure. As a result of this, transformation contributes to the unification of business management models, what is related to the changes in the economic, legal and information field of activity. It is considered advisable to activate electronic activity system by increasing the potential of high-tech industries, contributing to the optimization of business processes in the industrial and production circuit.
