The article examines specific problems regarding the sustainability management of innovative integrated corporate structures within the regional electric power industry. It is noted that the challenges of ensuring Russia’s economic growth within the new technological and global economic paradigms require profound theoretical comprehension and scientific justification. Resolving them is possible only through the analysis of state-level management systems and the study of the innovative activities of the core corporate structures that form the backbone of the modern national economy. The use of methods for modeling the activities of economic organizations allowed the authors to identify the prerequisites for integration transformations and substantiate the genesis of integrated corporations in the energy complex, as well as substantiate the priorities for their development in an unstable economic environment, characterize the modernization models of integrated industrial corporations in the electric power sector, and reveal the significance of their restructuring. It is shown that an integrated corporate structure is a complex of interconnected economic entities conducting joint activities based on the consolidation of assets or the execution of contracts to achieve common goals. An innovative corporate structure is an integrative association comprising three organizational and managerial phenomena: 1. a developed idea; 2. the implementation of an innovative solution; 3. the distribution of innovative products on the market. The article analyzes the activities of PJSC «TNS energo Yaroslavl,» which implements innovative development methods to ensure reliable and uninterrupted electricity supplies to consumers in the Yaroslavl region, as well as to provide a full range of energy supply services. It is noted that the starting point for developing innovative integrated corporate structures in the electric power industry should be determining the needs of the region and its population regarding the realization of specific innovative products.
