The relevance of the presented study is determined by the fact that goal setting and strategic planning play a huge role in the process of strategic development of any socio-economic system. In this regard, from the point of view of achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the future up to 2036, it is of interest to consider the strategic plan for their achievement, recorded in the Unified plan for achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation up to 2030 and for the future up to 2036, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. To analyze the Unified plan for achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation, it is advisable to use the tool of the «visual system» of strategic management, which predetermined the choice of the research topic. The purpose of the presented study is to use the tool «look «in depth»» as a tool of the «visual system» of the school of entrepreneurship of strategic management for considering the strategic plan for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation up to 2030 and for the future up to 2036. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in a new interpretation of the look «in depth» of the «visual system» of strategic thinking, expanded from the aspects of forming a development strategy for a managed system «by searching in the mass of «ore» for opportunities to develop those «golden nuggets» that will ensure high efficiency of strategic development, adopted in the school of entrepreneurship of strategic management for a total analysis of the foundation (basis) for the strategic development of the managed system as a whole. At the same time, the conducted studies of the strategic plan for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation until 2030 and for the future until 2036 using the tool «look «in depth»» of the «visual system» of the school of entrepreneurship of strategic management made it possible to identify the goal of achieving strategic leadership as the foundation of the strategic plan. The scientific novelty of the work also lies in the presentation of the National Development Goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the perspective up to 2036 in the form of an analogue of the seven-level pyramid of needs of A. Maslow, where the role of the foundation (economic needs) is played by levels reflecting the goals of achieving «technological leadership» and «sustainable and dynamic economy». The practical significance of the results of the presented study lies in the disclosure of the possibilities of using the tools of the «visual system» of the school of entrepreneurship of strategic management for the consideration of the strategic plan for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation.
