This section offers an overview of the materials of the next, 2nd (110th) issue of the journal. In the opinion of the editor, the publication of this issue brings new ideas to the development of our concept of theoretical economy, which we have been carrying out on the pages of our publication for 14 years. This novelty is shown on the example of each published work. It is noted that it is manifested, of course, to varying degrees in the speeches of both well-known readers and new authors. The main attention in the content of the proposed issue is still paid to topical problems of theoretical economy, theoretical and economic aspects of the study of new industrialization, modern problems of the world economy, and the work of young researchers.
