<abstract xml:lang="ru">

This article proposes a conceptual model of relational economy for analysing complex socio-economic systems under digital transformation and the expanding use of artificial intelligence. The study aims to integrate four elements into a coherent analytical framework: knowledge as a structural basis of productive work, the concept of the “final nexus,” a semiotic interpretation of economic processes, and the Q–K–V (Query–Key–Value) mechanism used in modern attention architectures. Methodologically, the paper develops an interdisciplinary theoretical synthesis drawing on systems analysis, complexity economics, organizational knowledge theory, semiotics, and contemporary artificial-intelligence research. The final nexus is described as a three-phase process that moves from intention and a representation of a desired future, through the structuring of means and constraints, to realization, feedback, and accumulated experience. Q–K–V is employed as a formal analogy: Q represents intention and the direction of attention, K represents relevant knowledge, institutional conditions, and memory, while V represents realized meaning, a decision, or a flow of value. The analogy does not imply an identity between human consciousness and transformer models. The economy is consequently interpreted as an adaptive ecosystem of relations in which value emerges from the alignment of participants’ intentions, available structures, and realized outcomes. The “digital pasture” is reframed as shared information infrastructure that makes capabilities, needs, and feedback more visible. A three-actor example illustrates distributed coordination. The paper concludes by outlining a research programme for operationalizing relational weights, reflexivity, resilience, and value-creation mechanisms in digital economic ecosystems.
