Данная статья отражает содержание доклада автора на международной конференции в г. Дубна Московской области в конце 2015 года. Работа посвящена важной и актуальной проблеме выхода из глобальной экологической катастрофы. Автор доказывает объективную необходимость смены парадигм устойчивого развития, ноосферной революции в науке и образовании. Раскрывая проблему ноосферного управления устойчивым развитием, автор показывает, что она может быть решена лишь при высшем приоритете развития науки и образования. При этом, по мнению А.И. Субетто, образование должно выполнять институциональную функцию «базиса базиса» духовного и материального воспроизводства, а наука превратиться в действительную производительную силу и силу управления. This article reflects the contents of the author’s report made at the international conference in Dubna, Moscow region at the end of 2015. The work is dedicated to an important and urgent issue of escape from a global ecological catastrophe. The author proves the objective necessity of a paradigm shift for sustainable development, the noosphere revolution in science and education. While revealing the problem of noospheric sustainable development management the author shows that it can be solved only at the highest priority of the development of science and education. At the same time education must perform an institutional function «basis of a basis» of a spiritual and material reproduction, while science should become a real productivity and management strength.
