<abstract xml:lang="ru">

The article examines the impact of digital twins on the employment structure and the requirements for the competencies of workers in the industrial sector. Based on the analysis of theoretical approaches: the theory of human capital, the competence approach, the concept of Industry 4.0; statistical data and international analytical reports, the main directions of transformation of professional roles have been identified. The author's competence model is proposed, which includes digital technical, analytical and universal components. The necessity of updating educational programs and HR strategies in the context of digitalization is substantiated. The conclusions about the importance of continuous training and development of integrated digital experts are formulated
